These residences are positioned in a high sell area and continue to be extremely marketable per-square-foot both in terms of home sales as well as rental property. Therefore, maintaining the home you occupy to the highest level possible is extremely important to you as a resident / property owner as well as all of your neighbors. Many residents in the subdivision are new to our neighborhood, as either renters or new home owners, while many have been here a large portion of the past 30 years.
